於1989年成立，已進行的工程包括土木、斜坡及樓宇建造，為工務局 道路及渠務(乙組)、地盤平整(乙組)、水務(甲組) 及 建築(甲組)試用期之核准資格承造商。為建築物條例(第123章)註冊一般建築及拆卸工程、地盤平整工程專門承造商, 元朗民政事務處地區認可承造商，較代表性的工程為1995至1998年間在青衣機鐵巴士總站 及 赤立角新機場進行的地盤平整、水務、樓宇建築、道路及渠務工程。

The projects encountered are the civil, slope and building works in Hong Kong as we are Roads & Drainage (Group B), Site Formation (Group B), Water works (Group A) and Buildings (Group A) on the probation of the Work Bureau approved contractor list. We are a registered General Building Contractor, Specialist Contractor of Demolition Works and Site Formation Works under Buildings Ordinance (CAP 123), Yuen Long District List of HAD Approved Contractor. The outstanding projects are the site formation, waterworks, construction of building, roads and drainage proceeded at Tsing Yi Interchange and Chek Lap Kok New Airport from 1995 to 1998.
